City Dog Shipping and Return Policy

City Dog only delivers in the state of Florida.

Orders can be made by fax or by on line store. We ship two different case sizes, a 30 pound case equaling 10 packages of 3 pound tubes, or a smaller case of 12 pounds equaling 12 packages of 1 pound tubes. All of our flavors come in three pound and one pound tubes. Customers may mix each case with different flavors, but each order must equal a full case.

We have standardized shipping cost for each of the two size boxes. This cost covers: insulted box, outer shipping box, shipping, chilling, shippers fuel surcharge and handling.

The 30 pound case shipping charge is $29.00 per box.
The 12 pound case shipping charge is $23.00 per box.

At the present time we are shipping Fed Ex ground. The shipping time average is one to two business days. Our shipments go out Tuesday afternoon weekly. We are closed on Sunday and Monday so all orders must be in by Saturday at 4:00p.m. We ship only on Tuesday to avoid packages from being held over a weekend.

Our products are shipped in a sturdy poly foam cooler. If product is slightly thawed, place product in freezer immediately. Cold or frozen product is fine.

City Dog or Fed Ex will send you a tracking number to help you with time of package arrival. Please arrange for someone to be available to receive the package. A signature is preferred for all deliveries, however if the receiver does not answer the door, the delivery service will leave the package. City Dog cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or spoiled product.

PERISHABLE FOOD CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED.
